  • Account Information: We collect your name, email address, and social‑media handles when you register or link profiles via OAuth 2.0. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your social media passwords.
  • Subscription & Billing: All payment processing is handled by our Merchant of Record, Creem.io. We do not store your credit card details; we only store your subscription status and basic billing history.
  • Usage Metrics: We store timestamps, IP addresses, device, browser type and how you use our features via PostHog to improve the Service, security purposes, load balancing, performance monitoring and to prevent account abuse.
  • Cookies & Tracking: We use session cookies for authentication, performance cookies to optimize load times, and optional analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics or PostHog) to understand feature usage.

2. AI Processing & Content

We provide AI-powered features (such as post optimization) by securely transmitting the text you provide to third-party AI models via OpenRouter.

  • Transmission, Not Training: We do not "collect" your content to train models. Your text is passed through to OpenRouter solely to generate the requested output.
  • No Long-term Storage: Unless you choose to save a draft or schedule a post, we do not store the specific text inputs used for AI generation.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Service Provisioning: To enable posting, cross‑posting, display metrics, and send transactional emails (account confirmations).
  • AI Functionality: To provide content generation and optimization via third-party AI providers.
  • Operations: To send transactional emails, process payments, and maintain security.
  • Improvement & Research: To analyze feature adoption, debug issues, and plan new features.
  • Security: To monitor for fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Marketing (with consent): To send product updates, newsletters, and other marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We limit the data we share to only what is strictly necessary to operate the Service. These providers fall into the following categories:

  • Payments & Tax: Creem.io (Handles all billing, global tax compliance, and secure payment processing).
  • Product Insights: PostHog (Helps us understand how users interact with our features).
  • AI Functionality: OpenRouter (Routes your requests to various AI models). We prioritize providers that do not use customer data for model training.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: We utilize industry-standard cloud providers for web hosting, database management, background processing, and email delivery.

5. International Data Transfers

As we utilize global cloud infrastructure (primarily based in the USA), your information may be transferred to and stored on servers outside of Australia. We only work with providers that maintain high-tier security certifications.

6. Data Security & Retention

We implement TLS encryption and strict access controls to protect your data. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service.

7. Your Rights

8. Children’s Privacy

Our service is not directed to children or people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, contact us to have it removed.
