1. 14‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee

We want you to love MicroPoster. If you are not satisfied with MicroPoster, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Eligible refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

2. Requests After 14 Days

Refund requests made after 14 days are handled at our sole discretion. Per the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund for "change of mind" or if you simply decide you no longer wish to use the service after the 14-day guarantee period has expired.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Include your account email and the reason for your request.
  • Submit your request via our Contact page.
  • We generally respond within 5–7 business days. If approved, please allow standard bank processing times for funds to appear.

4. Exclusions and Limitations: Refunds do not apply to:

  • Terms of Service Violations: No refunds will be issued if your account is terminated due to abuse, fraud, or discriminatory conduct.
  • Active Usage: We reserve the right to decline discretionary refund requests (those made after 14 days) if our records show the user has actively used the service (e.g., significant posting or analytics activity) during the billing period.
  • Fees paid to third‑party platforms or providers are not covered by this policy.
  • Promotional credits, coupons, or free trials have no cash value and are not refundable.

Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and services.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless requested within the 14‑day window above.

6. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non‑excludable rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law provides additional rights, we will honor them.
