1. 14‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee
We want you to love MicroPoster. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Eligible refunds will return the subscription fee to your original payment method.
2. Requests After 14 Days
Refund requests made after 14 days are handled at our sole discretion and are not promised or guaranteed. The issuance of a discretionary refund or credit in one instance does not obligate us to do so again.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Include your account email and the reason for your request.
- Submit your request via our Contact page.
- We generally respond within 5–7 business days. If approved, please allow standard bank processing times for funds to appear.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
- Refunds do not apply to abuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of our Terms of Service.
- Fees paid to third‑party platforms or providers are not covered by this policy.
- Promotional credits, coupons, or free trials have no cash value and are not refundable.
- Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and services.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless requested within the 14‑day window above.
6. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non‑excludable rights you may have under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law provides you additional rights, we will honor them.
